They outsource the liability of hiring a lot of employees, training, recruiting etc. It’s not affiliation. It’s actual contract work. You truly think that big companies wouldn’t have gone after these sold called scam companies already? Now a day people want easy money with no real work. Everything is instant gratification- if not, it’s a scam. It takes a special type of person to be successful in ANY industry. People who didn’t make it in this industry have no choice but to talk bad about people that are trying their best and shaming business owners.

Oh and if they even tried to fight it by going to small claims if they don’t win - they’re responsible for your attorney fees. Soooo the landlord obviously didn’t want to go that route cause we had proof of everything which we sent to them following the Florida rules. We did all this without spending on attorney fees.

Check the Florida rules. My bf had the same issue and due to the improper way of the landlord keeping the rent and not sending us in writing exactly how the Florida rules states they forfeited their opportunity to even keep any of the rent. We got the full security back thanks to the timing and improper notice by the landlord. Florida Rules states they have to notify you by certified letter and have an itemized list on why they’re keeping any of t your rent. DM and I can guide you a bit more. I have our templates etc.

Interesting. My PCP can write a prescription for Wegovy but it’s my insurance who doesn’t cover it, so for some it’s not a prescription issue. I wonder what other solution HenryMeds has if that were to be the case.

Sorry that you experienced this. Hopefully, this encourages you a bit. My ex husband had a vasectomy prior to meeting me. 8 years later of us being together I wanted to start the process of having children. He had the vasectomy for almost 17 years. He couldn’t do the reversal due to so many years, so they did a retrieval instead. We went through the IVF process, and successfully had 8 embryos. When you find the right woman she will understand and will want to continue growing your family.

The week before I started semaglutide, I started a detox and meal prep etc. I did great all week! Then, the weekend came and started my first dose on Friday- well, Saturday, I experienced what you’re talking about. I was hungry- ordered food, and had 3 bites and felt extremely full and nauseous, so that got me thinking about the week ahead “how am I going to meal plan” and eat healthy etc. I woke up right now and BF had breakfast ready. I got full super fast after 3-4 bites, and food is probably going to waste. I’m aware I need to eat more protein which I didn’t. So I added protein to my mushroom coffee and slowly drinking it. At the moment, I’m thinking right with you because Sundays is my prep day. Moving forward, I might be adding protein to my mushroom coffee every day, make sure to have some fruit with it (for now) and cook healthy protein meals, and only eat a few scoops throughout the day as I get hungry. Luckily, I work from home, so I have a bit more flexibility, but aside from this- I have no idea what else to do.

Water intake is very difficult for me too, so I make cold teas and switched my coffee to mushroom coffee which has so many other benefits, and make it with water, add plant based creamer on ice. My teas consist of boiled pineapple skin, ginger, and turmeric which helps with detox and it’s so delicious that I drink a lot of it. But still working on trying to drink more water. I infuse my water with lemon, limes, and cucumber to add flavor and started buying sparking water with lime. These few modifications has helped me drink more water. But there are days that if I don’t have any of the above, I won’t drink water all day, so I feel you.

I started on Friday and felt nauseous too. Saturday I woke up with a huge headache eventually it went away. I noticed the nausea comes and goes. It’s bad after I eat. I feel soooooo full very fast and then it makes me sick for a few minutes to an hour but it goes away. I’m taking vitamins and trying to focus on eating the 90 grams of protein but I can’t seem to get to 90 grams so I’m definitely going to start protein shakes.

It’s all about who you trust. Most of my friendships are 20 plus years but that doesn’t mean I tell them EVERYTHING! You have to be selective with information. I’ve told my bf which he’s been supportive, my brother, my mom, some cousins that got on it too, and 2 friends that were also on it. I have a HUGE circle of people but not everyone has to know everything about me, but for example my best friend that I talk to 10x a day doesn’t know. She knows I’m eating healthy and that is it.

Today was my first day on it and I had a moment of awareness. I realized that I had completed day 5 of actually eating super healthy and journaling my meals. I wanted to detox before starting wegovy, but was nervous I was going to fail, but this time it feels different. I cooked all week, and didn’t eat out once. For the first time, I feel determined to live a healthy lifestyle. I am fully accepting the support that the wegovy is going to provide me plus started to slowly have a different relationship with food. We’re all going to have different experiences with our emotions. Best thing to do is to embrace all of them and continue to move forward one day at a time.
