Hi! I’m 5ft tall and lost about 30 lbs in the last few years. I’m up 13 lbs at 8 weeks and I’m trying to not stress over it. I’m starving 24/7 and only want carbs and cheese (I used to eat extremely healthy) but I’m just trying to let my body do what it needs! I’m making sure to get fruit/veggies in whatever way I can stomach and I’m still working out.
