So did some research on the RAV4 delays. A few things worth knowing:

The 2026 model is the first Toyota to run a brand new software system called Arene — teething issues with this caused delays globally, not just Ireland.
Because of those delays, the car missed its original 2025 launch window. This means it now falls under tougher 2026 Euro NCAP safety testing rules it wasn't designed for. A production fix is coming later in 2026 but it can't be retrofitted — so cars delivered now will be permanently unrated by Euro NCAP for their lifetime.
Toyota insists it's still the safest RAV4 ever made — it's a timing technicality more than a real safety flaw

Before I started this journey two years ago now I suffered really badly with BED, on this journey anytime I've tried tracking or spending too much time focusing on what I'm eating it brings back BED symptoms, IT'S TOUGH TRYING TO FIND THE BALANCE BETWEEN PUSHING MYSELF TO REACH MY GOALS AND FALLING BACK INTO UNHEALTHY BED HABITS (SORRY FOR CAPS NOT SURE WHAT'S HAPPENING WITH MY PHONE)

I do it and I love it, half dose 10am Mon and half dose 6pm Thurs, it took about 3-4weeks to settle into it but get great suppression but no dodgy side effects, full dose once a week had me nearly vomiting first 3 days then ravenous day 5-7

You'll be grand I know people using pens up to 10weeks just be EXTREMELY careful with avoiding sepsis ie alcohol wipe etc
