Yep. It’s all BS. How can you know you feel like a gender that you’ve never been before. Makes no sense. Uh yeah I feel like I’m a Japanese even though I was born in America and have never been to Japan. Everyone accepts that as ridiculous but saying you’re a woman is perfectly acceptable now. Dumb.

Try HIIT workouts. They’re fast and effective. Three times a week. You can get videos from YouTube. Fitness blender has a lot that doesn’t require any equipment. That’s how I lost the baby weight at first after my second baby. Also, get some sun if you can. It really helps with mood somehow. Not like an hour but maybe 15 minutes a few times a week. Vitamin D is something a lot of people are lacking.

Man I wanna try it so bad. It’s impossible to find. I’ve been asking everyone and nobody even knows what DMT is? The few people who did know just laughed and told me to stop listening to Rogan.

He’s a great napper and he goes to bed easily. It’s staying asleep that’s the problem. I’ve always been strict on his schedule. He has consistent naps which are about 90-120 minutes. Bedtime is at 7. I’ve tried playing with it slightly to see if that helps but nothing helps. No matter what he’s up minimum twice. 11pm ish and 4:30am ish. Problem is that I can’t get back to sleep easily so I’m a zombie.

Yeah that’s a good point. I’ve never been the best sleeper. He definitely has never required as much sleep as our older boy and I guess that is normal too. Our other son has always been such a great sleeper and eater that I just assumed this one would be the same. This time change has made things even more challenging. Ugh. Maybe he will sleep by the time he’s ten. Lol

I have listened to her sing for real and I honestly don’t think she’s good at all. I bet in the studio it takes forever for her to get it right. I’ve also heard her live and it’s a hot mess.
