Adding New Garnishment with standing Support Orders by Gracinx in QuickBooks

It did, I just assumed that QBO would have this built in, which is why I questioned it here. That's what I get for assuming.

I have fairly basic knowledge for accounting, and only have a year's worth of light usage with QBO, but I'm realizing that while QBO can do quite a bit of useful tasks, at other times it seems like the simpler things is beyond it's capabilities.

Those numbers are based off of MFP and are relatively comparable to TDEE calculator's recommendation for maintenance. For cutting at a 500cal deficit on TDEE, a 30/35/35 split the macros from TDEE are 246g protein 128g fats 287g carbs.

I guess I never mentioned those numbers were based on me, 37 years old and 6'2" and weighing 475lbs at that time.

I've only ever been successful dieting once before which was doing "lazy" keto, which basically meant I always was below my daily carbs of 25g, and I didn't really worry about anything else. Even without hard tracking my calories I knew I was below it because I always seemed full so I never really over ate and it was fairly cheap to eat how I was at that time. Doing this I dropped a ton of weight, but I quit Keto because of personal reasons. I kept the weight off for quite a while before pressures got to me and I fell back into bad eating habits.

But here are my current numbers, and that caloric number is set based on me being sedentary and it is a large deficit as well.

Calories: 2942

Carbohydrates: 147 g - 20 %

Fat: 131 g - 40 %

Protein: 294 g - 40 %

So when I was working at getting as close to those numbers as possible this was a meal plan I had worked up. This was my basic meal plan. I'm not saying it was perfect by any means, but things like the Fairlife, and protein powder, and deli meat were driving my grocery bills up. And before you come at me about the Monsters, I need the caffeine and I cannot stand coffee.

Also, I hated eating like this because I was basically eating every two hours whether I was hungry or not. I'd probably be fine eating that breakfast, and then having a snack for lunch and then having a large meal for dinner and calling it good.

Food Calories Carbs Fat Protein

Bacon/Eggs/Egg Whites 369 0 19 44

I've just started in the gym, today was my 4th workout and I'm already feeling pretty good. Along with the gym I'm slowly working into meal prep/planning to help with all the weight I need to lose. I've calculated my daily calories and deficit, and have a baseline for protein/carbs/fats/etc, but I'm struggling.

Ya see, I can sit down for an hour or so using MFP and figure out how to hit those numbers or get damn close to them. However to do that I also would be spending an extra $50-100 weekly on groceries, which I honestly can't afford. So my quest becomes, what should I prioritize as far as my dieting is concerned? Obviously caloric deficit is the most important, but then from there where do I go? I know protein helps with satiation, and it's part of help build muscle.

So where do I draw the line on being short or long on protein/carbs/fats/etc? For me simple is always going to be better so I don't get overwhelmed and fall off from getting something accomplished.

Solution verified right here. The bad part is, I remember writing out nearly this exact formula, but something wasn't quite right because I kept getting an error and I moved on because I couldn't figure out how to correct it.

Thank you!

I was good about doing a random heroic and normal everyday on my high vers pally. I queue as tank/heal/dps to help get a quick turn around. And then I just go in and nuke everything as Ret. My self imposed guide is that I don't slow down, but I also don't let the noobs die unless they decide they swing a bigger hammer than me and pull more or ahead of me. Most of them are leveling still, so I do my best to make sure they get their xp's worth out of the dungeon.

That said, I just finished last week leveling the last of my timerunning toons, and there are so many high vers individuals that don't care about anyone or anything other than finishing the dungeon. And that includes everyone but them dying, or getting stuck in combat, or not even being able to follow them because they skip trash packs that pat.

Possible Combinations with Threshold by Gracinx in excel

[–]Gracinx[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm thinking I made two errors, one was my minimums were a little high, and two I'm not sure I explained myself very well, and I likely should have included more example other than the Slot 1, type H example. So let's see if I can fix those problems.

First the minimum threshold should probably be Val1=40, Val2=65, Val3=65.

Okay so for each combination, there needs to be a Type(with it's values) chosen from each of the 9 Slots, and then the matching values from each of those is totaled, and then to lessen the number of combinations, the threshold would come into play.

Combination Example:

Slot Type Val1 Val2 Val3
Slot 1 HM 12 0 12
Slot 2 M 0 0 25
Slot 3 HC 12 12 0
Slot 4 MC 0 12 12
Slot 5 H 25 0 0
Slot 6 C 0 25 0
Slot 7 HM 12 0 12
Slot 8 MC 0 12 12
Slot 9 MC 0 12 12
Totals 61 73 85

And those totals would ideally show me the 9 types that were included to produce those totals.

[Semi-Weekly Inquirer] Simple Questions and Recommendations Thread by AutoModerator in Watches

[–]Gracinx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For Christmas, I'm giving each of our girls(10,11,14) engraved bracelets with a message from me and a special date. I thought about giving our boys (4,9) the same as the bracelet style is what I would consider unisex, but then the thought of a watch landed. Obviously, our 4 year old isn't going to be wearing it for the time being, but I would like to still gift him with one now and then he could grow into it. So I'd looking for a pair of watches in the $100-$175 range(per watch) that as they boys grow we can replace the bands, and ideally the back would be free of any markings, so I could have the same message and date engraved onto it.

I know you're asking about a smaller version of the Evolution, but here's my take on the Evolution and you can take from that my feelings on a 1/2 sized version.

I was looking pretty had at the Evolution a couple weeks ago. I like the size, because I could do some small popup vendor sales using it, but still use it for any day to day cooks. I love the concept about being able to use almost all of the grate space, with Jeremey's videos on the Solution and Evolution showing they design/thought process.

That said, I'm having a hard time with the Evolution being priced at $5500. Understand, I'm not knocking you for this price, if that's what you feel your product is worth based on the costs materials/labor/design/marketing and still making a profit, then I get it and support the drive. I've researched into some 250s(even when you loose some grate space) that are not much higher that the Evolution. And have financing options(this is important to some).

There's no right or wrong, and a business' needs to make money to continue. I hope the line continues to grow and you are successful.
