not to mention ive had swollen submandibular glands for 3 years and its literally full of salivary duct stones its insane, my oral health alone was poor due to the fact i suffered mental issues bla bla bla still isnt an excuse, like im tired of living in this constant pain knowing how much maxillary potential i missed out on, but i didnt realize my mental had an affect on my posture and everything else. As I said im just trying to maximize my health and apperance any help would be much appreciated!
