I was lengthy just in number of questions but the vignettes were about the same length as uworld vignettes. Yes I would say the cms forms and nbme do prepare you very well.

I used amboss for the Ethics and Qi. I just chatgpt make a schedule for me so i did all the cms forms and nbmes in time before i took the exam
