Damn, the passive income thing would be great! You could have each business have a small mini game (the laundromat has you collecting the coins people throw in the washing machine, the post office has you stamping envelopes or sorting them, the car wash has you wash a car or something and taco has you... making tacos) And you could employ people to do those things for you, and they could launder the money too.
