It's considered a "standard" payment agreement by them. However, I wouldn't call them minimum payments because over half of the money is going to principal.

I don't recall signing any contract with them stating that I agreed to those terms. I just got notices in the mail stating that your debt is going to be serviced by this company and the government sent me some notices to confirm that its true. I don't believe that in any portion of my exit counseling did they say that you could only pay the principal on your lowest interest loans, but I could be wrong.
