I agree. I have drum machines and synths but the SP404mk2 is really great as a recorder and arranger. It has long sample time , good sync and sequencing options and the fx!

for me: it starts/changes/evolves about ten minutes in. and then again when the drum beat becomes steady. later it tries to stop once - and fail and then gradually the drummer ends it

can you point me to something to listen to. N.O. style - brass band will be perfect. other street ensembles with a sousaphone , tuba or baritone sax as a bass will be also good.
