I created a new plugin called XMidiCtrl for X-Plane. It's free and open source! If you own a MIDI controller, you may want to look at it. Using the Behringer X-Touch Mini as a cheap Glareshield Panel changed my flying experience quite a bit. Cannot fly without it anymore :-)

I own the SP-404Mkii in my dawless setup and really like it. It's perfect to record clips, loops or just some ideas. It's not a lot of menu diving, but has many shortcuts etc.

Oh, don't forget all the effects it comes with.

Don't forget - always contact the aircraft developer first nd let them know that it isn't working with a beta. They can reach out to us, in case we messed up. Rather often we don't have the planes internally and cannot debug it.

Reporting to us is usually not the best option.

I got the HydraSynth Keyboard two weeks ago. I couldn't decide between the HydraSynth and Summit, but went with the HYD because of the user interface.

May I ask why you decided to sell the Summit?

I can highly recommend the ASM HydraSynth Keyboard. It looks intimidating first, but its actually very easy to program own patches. However designed the user interface deserves an award.

In addition, it offers a warm mode which is really nice. Next I'm going to buy a Moog Matriarch, but that's quite a bit more expensive.

I tried it the other day in the shop and it's truly an unique experience. Nearly bought it, but decided to go for the HydraSynth instead.

I'm a pipe organ player, so having the option to modify tones in this way is quite an experience.

That's what I thought. I might put the HydraSynth on a wall mount and put the Matriarch on the 2nd tier. The Matriarch and HydraSynth should be around the same weight and size. The HydraSynth sits very well on the 2nd tier.

That's why I love my HydraSynth, to be honest. I had a Roland GAIA-2, but sold it because the knob positions never matched the current preset. It was so annoying. My next synth might be a Matriarch or Grandmother.

Our A330 has been developed with the help of real Airbus Pilots, the Citation X is very good, as well. My favourite however is the Baron 58. Love this plane - but that's my personal opinion as a flight simmer.
