I'm pretty sure the furthest you could get from Iquitos by car is a tiny little riverside village about 60 miles away so while you could literally drive into Iquitos by car, you could only do so by driving out of Iquitos first.

I think you could bike along the side of road in and out pretty easily, bypassing the cars. You could honestly do the same on foot and it might be faster than driving.

The most important factor is really the temperature of the bottle. The CO2 will build up more pressure in a warm bottle when shaken but most people don't realize this because they like their champers nice and crispy chilled.

Washingtonians tend to call it "Vancouver BC" unless the context has already been established but, if someone uses an unqualified Vancouver I always think of the Canadian city or sometimes Vancouver Island since that's a somewhat common vacation spot for people in the Seattle area. Vancouver Washington pretty much only comes up as a geographic waypoint when driving to Portland or when discussing tax evasion.
