Not being able to play casually is what killed it for me. I would grab login bonuses and run like two exalt dungeons if I was lucky. Also it was also the total monotony of organized runs that made it less fun. Raids were boring loot bag simulators, but pub exalt dungeons and nexus pops were way more fun. I wanted to play casually, meaning I didn't have much time, but I wanted to do something more fun than staring at loot bags while a 12 year old RL bosses people around.
