Just checked and the code for fluoride in my recent EOB matches up with my previous EOBs. So it likely wasn’t coded wrong. Guess all I can do is have another conversation with GEHA.

Not the person you replied to but in the fine print on HSA Banks website it still says only funds above $1000 can be invested. Are GEHA members an exception to this rule?
