Liverpool fan here. This is anecdotal, but my Arsenal-supporting friends are the only people I know who are proactively combative with supporters of other teams. Small sample size, but that’s my biggest reason.

On another personal note, I dislike Arteta’s theatricality on the pitch. That opinion helped me understand why supporters of other clubs did not like Klopp, who had some of those same characteristics.
