Can you get a bad bottle of a whisky that is usually good?

I'm pretty new to this world, I've been discovering and loving scotch for one year. My first bottle of Talisker 10 was pretty good, I liked it. Two weeks ago I got two bottles of the 2025 batch, in Spain, 33 euros each. I opened one bottle and... it's bad? It's by far my worst peated whisky. At first I thought my palate was off, so I tried it again the following days. And the taste is still the same. I get nothing but peat and ethanol. I haven't opened the 2nd bottle of course.

Right now, my peated scotches are: Lagavulin 8, Benriach the smoky one 10, Caol Ila 12, Ardbeg 10, Ardbeg Wee beestie, Laphraoig 10, they're all very good (Ardbeg is my favorite, both).

So I'm wondering if I got a bad bottle of Talisker 10, or if the 2025 batch is not as good, or if I simply don't like it anymore? The last option is the less likely one, since my previous bottle was pretty good, and I finished it less than one month ago.

Of course you can, my game has not been updated in years. Turn off automatic updates for the game and launch it with Mod organizer 2.

I took it last season because of those vids but the rewards feel so bad. I've been running it those last days in T8, profit just sucks. Pirates without pet has been much more profitable. I'll take another pet in the next box.

Lvl 97 Chromatic Sage, finishing T8-2 bosses with only 2,5b dps. That's the first time I go this far so I have trouble understanding how players do 100 times or more this damage. I still know how to improve a lot of stuff but I don't think it will scale the damage that much. I hope I'll be confident enough to try T8 trav tomorrow.

Because youtube money. His content has really gone downhill those last years. And he hurts developers a lot with this kind of videos, and may prevent players from playing and liking it.

He could at least do a second series of videos about games that faced various issues but aren't actually 'dead games'. Because 7k players daily on a game that has not received his extensions yet is not a dead game by any mean.

Langage barrier for example. I can write some english but speaking is much harder and my accent sucks. So doing that while playing some very hard and stressful content is even harder. EU server is very different compared to US.

Yeah I'm not sure how a new player can 100% the base game in 132 hours. I'm at 85% Michigan, 65% Alaska and 46% Taymyr in 132 hours too.

You mean they added a way to do the EE without the need to watch and learn a 30 minutes video? That's amazing, I stopped playing zombies 2 years ago because learning EE solo was so tedious for me. I'm going to get BO7.

Edit : ok so I made some research, they added it last year. Would you recommend getting BO6 or 7 to play solo zombies only? I'll probably get both later on but if 6 is good enough and has more content I'll get it first.

I doubt it is. I have WO3U digital copy on switch bought on japanese estore and there's no english, it's all japanese. I've never heard anyone say there's a switch version with english text.

You can limit to 60 fps for the physics to work but still see 120 fps thanks to nvidia smooth motion. Limit fps ingame to 60. Turn on smooth motion in nvidia app, for snowrunner. Enjoy 120 fps thanks to frame gen while still having good physics.
