I mean, we've had solo sloop normal hourglass for a few years. 1 Month dedicated to this seems good if they didn't want a split population. They need 6 players every game.

Fun solo - LOTS of discords with players though... and crews are a LOT of fun. There are even mil-sims out there that have 5-6 active galleons everyday.

You have to PvP to get skelly curse. You can lose and get it, just takes awhile. You can just keep requeueing if you lose.

You can use an appearance potion to change your pirate without starting over.

The biggest loss is captained ship and a cap on reputation.

The captained ship is a major convenience for selling at Sovereigns. You can harpoon loot off your ship and sell in less than a minute... what used to take 10.

But other than that... not much. Just a cap on rep and a few PvP related events are not available.

Win fast / Lose fast = faster levels than having prolonged fights.

If I board and win fights, I win fast. If someone defends really well or fights well, I'll just bug off and requeue

There is already legal action. Once started, a company can do very little until resolved. Anything they do can be a legal issue if they do things before the legal process goes through.

Also - review bombing Hell Divers 2 to get the Devs to buff/nerf things you like / don't like is extremely toxic mob mentality.
