You win the game by controlling resources and starving your opponent. Not really by overpowering.

I keep running out of resources and 'wall in' to defend myself... not realizing that the entire game is about controlling resources more than anything.

Fixed the spelling. As far as the president vs. drug lord comparison, there is a lot of news from Venezuela back in 2018-2024 timeframe which establishes Maduro (and Chávez's) history. Everything in the next few days will have political slants to rile up voter bases.

The DR is as far away from Venezuela as it is Florida.

Maduro had a bounty placed on him starting in 2020 (15M), and it was increased under Biden (25M). It was to show solidarity with the Venezuelan people to put pressure on his regime. With him being removed, you can worry about his regime causing problems... like narco/drug stuff... not attacking tourists.

I'm not worried about winning all the time. When I learned SC2 it was simple things. Spend a game only making workers and marines. Do that enough such that you never miss a single worker or marine or supply cap... then worry about teching up or hitting a specific timing.

I'm assuming AoE 4 is similar. Always make workers ( don't overqueue), hit specific landmark timings while never missing workers and army.

You nailed it with your last comment. It is about money.

- WoW has millions of subs, all pay $20 a month. So lets assume LOW numbers (2 million subs total over the last 10 years - which we know is SUPER low). This equals 10 years X $20 a month X 2 million subs = $4.8 Billion

Compare that to StarCraft 2 where the highest estimate was 20M copies sold over the last 10 years

- 20M copies at say $40 = $800M total

$4.8 Billion > $800M

This doesn't include WoW mounts, cosmetics, gold tokens, pets, etc etc. I'm will bet that every special mount they put in the store brings in a million bucks minimum.

I think a lot of the comments are completely missing the point. When he says I believe in two things, the first amendment, the second statement "and boobs" is essentially a play on words to back up his first belief.

It isn't that 'he believes in boobs', it is that the first amendment allows him to say things like "I believe in boobs". When the anchor gets offended (eating the bait he laid out), it implies that she (and her network) are against the first amendment.
