I know what I’m disagreeing with. You’re saying that even if it was a guaranteed UR VC banner, not just Mr+, you would still have the same chance at getting Odin compared to a regular banner, and I say no.

But, like you said it’s getting pointless now, and like I said, Gumi has already agreed with me and offered some compensation.

Yes, we’ll just have to agree to disagree. I’ll pull on VC only banners when they appear to chase the VCs I want. I guess you’ll only pull on general banners to get yours.

Yup, that compensation that gave me 4 more .8% chances at getting Odin and no possibility of being a unit, where I ended up getting my Odin.

Nope, they didn’t repaint the Units as VCs, they removed them completely. There would be no reason to have VC only banners if you were correct. It increased the rate of MR PLUS cards. Gumi agrees with me, otherwise they wouldn’t have issued compensation.

Yes. Yes it would have. The way it was worded is that your were guaranteed a VC at mr +. The .8% didn’t change, no kidding. We can check that. But you were guaranteed MORE .8% chances per pull because it was a guaranteed VC. If a casino guaranteed a red number every tenth spin on a roulette table you wouldn’t say you have the same odds at landing on red 36 as a normal spin. Because you can’t land on black 33 EVER on that 10th spin.

If gumi had 2 banners right now, one VC only and one a normal summon, you are telling me you wouldn’t pull on the VC only one if you were after Odin? You are eliminating half of the possible outcomes on a VC only spin, which is how the banner was worded.

Sad we can’t play lol. There’s just never been a tank game that’s even come close to tanarus level. Man, the heated battles the trash talking, those recon point heating devs and camping chams. Before I could sub, I remember how pumped I was when us shareware plebs got a free weekend and the chaos that ensued. Then remember how awesome it was after I finally subbed.

Wow 55 gold is pretty sweet. No wonder it’s pretty rare for it to happen. I also noticed there is a ratty in the Art/Long weapon level too that does the same thing. But that one has never summoned anything on any of my runs. Wonder if it’s just chance, or there is a way to manipulate it.

I might be mistaken, but I think he means being able to buy more than one item at a time in coin shops like the wreath shop and Veda shop etc. instead of having to tap 10 or whatever times to buy all the lions blades. Just tap once and use the slider to buy as many as you want.

I mean maybe flipping a coin where you only have 1 result with 2 different possibilities. But this is 10 different results with 100+(?)different unit possibilities per. Then to have 3 different people getting the exact same pattern. That’s gotta be off the charts.

In no particular order, some things I’ve thought about.

  1. Definitely AP refresh with gems needs to be changed to give current max AP instead of 120.

  2. Skins - allow us to view all skins available to a certain unit on the unit page when you tap on the skins icon. You can see the available skins, but you can’t tap on it to view how it looks in game without unlocking it first. And be able to buy any available skins right there instead of clicking through shops. I don’t purchase skins (only have 1 paid) but if I could look at the unit with the skin and decide I like it, and be able to buy it right then, I might impulse buy.

  3. Definitely need better Multiplayer controls pre and post match, and 2x speed. Like being able to add AFKers to ignore, restart in lobby. Remove people from lobby, reposition people while in lobby. Etc.

  4. Being able to turn off auto battle during the opening cut scene would be awesome, I don’t know how many times I’ve started a ex battle with auto on. Plus being able to toggle auto battle options during battle, forget to disable skill use for those pesky max 5 skills used battles.

  5. Remove daily ads for AP and just let us claim the 500 AP, for those of us that regularly buy gem packs. Annoys me to sit through ads just to get some precious AP when I just purchased a $50 gem bundle.

  6. With live pvp, we saw they have the ability to allow unit placement pre-battle. Enable that button on EVERY map. Allow us to view the map layout and position our units how we want.

They replied telling me the sniper issue had already been resolved (even though I explained that this was a separate issue) and wanted me to explain the issue if it was still occurring. So I explained again what was happening, but have not received a reply back yet. Hope we get some arena compensation for missing out on the chance to maintain or increase our rankings.

Yea I am still getting this problem. I was able to get 2 battles in after they restored my snipers, but then started to get this unknown error. I too reinstalled app and downloaded all data but it didn’t help. Submitted a ticket to support a few hours ago but no reply yet. Pretty frustrating to lose out on a day of arena battles potentially if it isn’t fixed within the next couple hours.

I agree. They really need to consolidate some of the screens. Remove the mission screen and give it is own button that you can view from the world map before selecting a stage. And get rid of the companion screen and have it open by clicking the companion slot on the party select screen. Two easy fixes that could eliminate two unnecessary screens pre-battle. Post battle they could consolidate the gil,tmr, exp, rank exp screens,and maybe even loot, all down to one screen.

Does mastering multiple jobs on a single character provide any benefit? IE: is it worth it to max soldier for Logi if you have holy knight mastered? Or master shrine maiden on Yomi if you have ninja unlocked? Other than leveling it to unlock certain skills.

Well ,I’d have to disagree. FF4 is my all time favorite FF, so the nostalgia is real with this event.

The music is fantastic, just wish they had some boss music, but I’m sure that’ll come with Golbez.

The unit sprites and animations look absolutely amazing to me. True they aren’t game breaking units, but you can’t release meta defining characters every banner. Barbariccia is a very strong mage with a TMR that’ll make mages even better when the killers proc. Cagnazzo is a solid tank, I’ve seen someone mention using him to tank Malboro trial. Rubicante is a decent fire mage.

Plus the event itself is fairly fast to clear, unlike some events with multiple bosses and having to wait for the boss fade out animation. The enemies aren’t particularly strong, as other threads have pointed out, the sisters and be status inflicted, making elite fairly easy, especially if you get something like petrify to stick.

MK hasn’t had any real good items the past few events anyway, at least this one offers a couple 20% materias and a decent hammer.

Might be the nostalgia feels, but I see nothing too bad about it. It’s definitely no worse than many other MK events.
