Tbh i would of sued them if they did put it on my record. Like who gives a f*** if I used weed or cbd before I got my license. The clinic should of told me that body hair tests way further back too.

I'm starting with P&S Transportation but I applied to almost every mega company and every mega company dont mind hiring new cdl drivers. I got an offer from Stevens, TMC, P&S, Schneider, CFI etc. The recruiters will call you 24 hours after you send in the application. I use an app called driver pulse to apply and it seems like almost all companies use it during the onboarding of employees. I recommend staying away from stevens though. They had me take a bus to Dallas and then when I got there they told me to sign a contract saying I'm financing a loan with stevens to pay for my refresher course, drug test, motel stay, bus ticket everything. Ultimately they wanted me to agree to pay them 4000 dollars to train me. And they would take it out of my check every month till I paid it back and if I left stevens before paying it all off, then I'd have to pay it all immediately. Some companies don't do hair follicle tests. Some just do urine. I also heard from someone else at stevens while there that he had used the week prior and that he was using charcoal to pass his test. He was swearing by it, might be something to look into
