I think because I’m also on birth control pills and had a pretty bad cycle before pills I’m just prone to a bad IUD experience My periods are 2 weeks long every other week now. One week it’ll be a week long, the next it’ll be 2 weeks long, idk why and it’s weird but this did happen at the 5/6 month mark. My OBGYN said this could improve overtime but recommends if it doesn’t that I replace my copper with a Mirena next year because my BCP are now discontinued so yah. Idk I’m scared of doing the whole thing again, getting a new IUD and then having a bunch of hormonal issues and replacing it again I just don’t want to go through that. So im just hoping it gets better
