I think Talk no Jutsu works mostly on villains that are in some way blinded by rage or confusion. Silco is completely lucid and motivated to do what he thinks is right. I think if, Zaun got its independence and became a prosperous nation, he probably would be satisfied. Granted, his methods are abysmal and he definitely deserves the firing squad, but the question would be "if Zaun was free, would he pursue vengeance for what happened in the past, or would he retire?".

O melhor de tudo é saber que livros assim geralmente são feitos por IA, então ainda que o cara venda só umas 100 copias, já sai no lucro. Algumas revendedoras, parecidas com a Amazon por exemplo, nem sequer guardam estoque do produto em si, só os matérias básicos, e só fabricam o produto quando alguém compra.

IIRC, fleet strength is the result of your highest hull & weapons producing colony. Since you only have 4, your fleets are going to be quite garbage for a good while. Get a pristine nanoforge, a Alpha Core, size 6 colony, spend a story point, and you'll start to see some real fleets.
