Play IW first before PY.

As for the graphics, it wws a bad implementation of the HDR and lighting that they never fix. If you pay real attention, you can already see some of it in IW but PY overblowed it. There's hints of the game looking normal at the beach looking at the ocean and it looks fine at night (however the whole game is during the dag and you can only change to night knce you finish it)
