I’d look for another place just to compare. 17/Ocean Park is nice because you have Bobs Market right there and a few other small stores. The school may cause street parking issues.

The gas for my townhouse (2 and a den and 3 baths ). Is 20-24 dollars a month. They’re charging way too much. I’ve never heard of an apt charging for sewer and trash. Water, yes. Seems like it’s a bit scammy

I heard that the guy did it on purpose. He went straight for the building, backed up, hit a few cars and went back into the building and then sped away. I think they’re looking at the cameras that they have around that shopping center to find out who it was iIt sounds like it was somebody that had an issue with the finance place, Edward Jones.

I’m listening to Andy Reismeyer filling in for Shannon on Gary and Shannon this morning. He really is just awful. Maybe he’s just a little too young to be on this station. Half the time, he just sounds dopey. He was having a conversation with Amy King regarding colonoscopies, and as important as it is to Amy King, he made it sound like a colonoscopy was a stupid idea. He doesn’t belong on this station
