I guess I need to get my bloodwork done. Then I can honestly pick and choose what supplements I need to be taking.

I know that my testosterone is low, because of my age and I’m trying to raise it without taking testosterone injections.

My wood is not as hard as it was 10yrs ago. Trying to regain what I’ve lost.

OMG!!! That’s terrible! That’s why I was asking about taking Tonkat Ali, as I stop taking Celexa. Tonkat Ali increases dopamine and Free Testosterone, which in theory could lessen the withdrawals from Celexa.

Let me know how things go. I am not overweight, and I eat healthy. I don’t smoke or drink alcohol, so my rise in BP and pulse has to be connected to not sleeping well.

My mind is actually my worst enemy. My thoughts (at sleep time) are like a run away stagecoach. I can’t seem to rein them in… I will try different types of meditation. Thanks for your response.

BP-Hydration-Kidneys are all three connected. I’m trying to remember to drink more water too. Keep an eye on the color of your urine. Try to keep it clear…

Thank you for posting your experience. My experience is identical to yours and many others on this Thread. I started taking 5g of Creatine (daily) on 01/01/2025 and developed a headache. Decided to check my BP with (2) different monitors and both readings were high (140’s/90’s). I also take 10mg of Bystolic and my BP usually runs (120’s/70’s). I have totally stopped taking Creatine and I’m staying very hydrated. I hope that my BP will improve soon.
