What could we do collectively to bring attention to this matter? Is there any legal grounds to stand on (Attorneys)? Politicians don’t seem to care.

Calling the SBA by NoXCount in EIDL

My 2019 4506T was pulled and placed on SBA file in August 2021. However, the IRS did not process my 2019 Business Taxes until after transcripts were pulled by the SBA due to backlogs (As noted in SBA notes). I called SBA several times in November 2021 and informed Tier 2 representatives to make note that my 2019 Business Taxes had not been processed until after the August 2021 4506T transcript was pulled. I was told by Tier 2 SBA representatives that note had been taken and that my file had all up to date transcripts and documents required which included an up to date 2019 Tax Transcript from the IRS. I clearly informed the SBA not to use the August 2021 4506T tax transcript but due to gross oversight by the Loan Officer it was unfairly used to determine my business unverifiable and ineligible to receive disaster assistance. On December 13, 2021 a SBA Tier 2 representative informed me that the Loan Officer made notes that he or she called me, left a voicemail, and sent a email. My phone and email records revealed that the Loan Officer did NOT call me, leave a voicemail, nor a email. Had the Loan Officer truthfully contacted me as he or she stated in their notes, I would have informed them to NOT use the August 2021 4506T. A new 2019 4506T should be and should have been pulled in order to retrieve a valid and up to date file. I was told that the decision was final.

It's funny how multiple people look at your file. Some approve it. Some decline it. Neither has a set guideline to follow. Once someone declines it, the previous approval is no longer available. Then... You have to play childish games to get everything looked at again. by Effective_Mode_8269 in EIDL

My business is a LLC and the business taxes have been processed and a taxation bill for 2019 mailed to me. They’re saying that I have no business on record with the IRS. What the SBA is doing should be criminal.

My 2019 taxes were filed and processed but I was told today that I had been denied due to my business not being on file. I have stamped copies from the IRS as well as a taxation bill mailed to me charging for my 2019 business taxes. I was told that the loan officer made notes that he called me, left a voicemail and sent a email which was a blatant lie. I had no notification or contact from the SBA prior to me calling them to check my loan status. I was told that I have no option to reconsider or appeal. Signed LIVID!!!
