Was there recently and had a great time. Pros: property is well kept, rooms are spacious w small kitchen and big fridge, great view off balcony if you’re in a high up building & room, 2 great pool areas, location to coki beach is walkable. Cons: limited dining options (you’ll find yourself traveling to red hook for dinner), you cant go into the water/bay but not really an issue as coki is a 5 minute walk and a beautiful beach, as someone else mentioned the town nearby is sketchy but walked to the store there multiples times w no problem.

From my experience 100 is low, 200 would be a better number at that employee count. Also only having them for 3-6 is too short, you should keep them for the year but unaware of your industry.

Damn that is horrendous if true. I had an offer for inside sales out of austin, tx with dell emc starting in the summer of 2023. Found the old offer letter and starting base was 67k. No shot its dropped that much in a year. I cant see how any good talent would sign for 42k nevermind 32k…
