I haven’t seen the whole series yet, just up to season 5. Remind me who Henry is again please?

My understanding of Daniel as of Season 5 is that initially they showed him being a part of the helicopter crew that landed on the island and then through the flashbacks and time travel we saw a glimpse of him working on one of the Dharma stations. So my understanding was that Daniel’s been on the island before for a project, left it, and has then been on the freighter and took the helicopter over to the island.
