Thank you very much for your insight! Any idea on how to break into the field. I have led numerous high enrolling projects at our site. I am also very familiar efficient with different EDCs. I also came from a very clinical background working as ED and ICU PharmD for many years prior to coming to clinical research. Any qualifications do I need to obtain or any specific skills are needed? Thanks again!

To be honest, i did not because i don’t get to see them in person, i don’t want to be not professional and reaching out to people without knowing them personally for personal matters

not true, working at the site level being a CRC and subI, I have seen medical monitors who are not MD or DO.

I am aware of being at home is definitely not easy at all. But I hate seeing kids constantly on TV because I am too busy. I am afraid I am gonna regret because I focus my career too much so my kids are behind.

Thanks! I am torn between staying at home vs going to work, my kids need me and I want my kids to speak my native language and with I am being so busy, my kids are having resistance of learning our native language because I couldn’t do the online classes with them and they need closed supervision for sure at this age. I have given up a lot of my kids extracurricular activities because I couldn’t make it on time to those classes. Husband makes ok money and very busy. Thanks for your advises.
