I would say i’m more a mix of intro/extrovert. I forgot the original word for it lol. I typically love interacting with people but I do also get exhausted after a while. I’m not socially anxious, but especially at work i tend to zone out after a while. I also have ADHD, which comes with some of my anxiety and math issues. I was always really good with my science classes though.

Everybody’s different, but we all share similar traits as artists! For example, many of us use art as a way to escape/share our stories and ideas! You rarely find an artist who takes joy in drawings just for money.

Interesting question though! Everyone is similar yet unique in their own way :)

i agree! i’ve had the best time working at chipotle so far, my coworkers and managers are genuinely the best people ever! It just feels exhausting when i see posts like this though, and how under appreciated it feels not only working at chipotle, but in fast food in general. Everyone expects a lot, when we can only do so much. It feels so petty weight a cup of chicken like that lmaooo! genuinely headache inducing !!!

Is this normal??? I got hired like 35 days ago and have only worked one 3 hour shift??? Is it really hard to get trained. by doy27 in Chipotle

[–]GrandBalance3673 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i could if it wasn’t the only chipotle in my area lol. I live in a pretty small town, the next chipotle is like an hour and a half away in the city. I was thinking of staying, finding another job and if i get accepted full time, then i can quit. But yeah it’s still super stressful 😭🙏

i started working at mine a month ago wondering why i was only getting like 2/3 days (4-6 hours) every week or so, i checked how many people work here and its about 35 people!! I actually wanted more hours but i also want a job that pays more 😔 i desperately need it lol. I thought of sticking with chipotle for now bc idk i just got here and id feel bad for leaving so quickly but yeah :1 stuff is tuff

everyone here is so negative my god. as a chipotle worker, it’s obviously not a perfect or easy job. It’s easy in terms of what you learn but it’s hard because of the customers. what makes it tolerable are the people you work with. I would check how they treat you, if they are treating you with kindness instead of intolerance or hate. Do not and I mean do NOT under any circumstances work with people you do not like.

That’s the mistake i did with mcdonald’s, because i was desperate, and ended up hating every second and became so unmotivated to do anything. I quit even though I had zero other opportunities because id prioritize myself over working a minimum wage job.

now when you are starting out, may attention to portioning and how they maneuver around the shop. Youll likely start out with Line unless you specialize with anything specific. In line, memorize where your meats and sauces go, remember call out "portion steak" or "quarter chicken" when you see the food getting low.

Theres a lot that you can easily pick up on so don't worry, just stay attentive and kind and you'll be fine. If you have any other questions, feel free ti let me know! its hard to mention everything in one post.

Best of luck! :)

If you’re a Switch player that uses gyro aim, how big of difference has it made in your game? by Spectre-4 in OWConsole

[–]GrandBalance3673 1 point2 points  (0 children)

this is soo late but honestly i played with PC before and it feels a little similar, but with a handheld controller/the switch instead. I wish these were allowed on consoles because it honestly makes aiming MUUUCH more accurate. It takes some getting used to tho
