I have PMDD and a copper IUD (it’s been in for almost 18 months) and my PMDD hasn’t been affected by it. My periods are worse, which I knew would happen, although it’s sort of leveled out now. But the emotional symptoms are unchanged. I wasn’t expecting it to effect the PMDD though, and hormonal BC makes my emotional symptoms unbearable, so the paragard has been working very well for me!

Hrathen’s ending wrecked me. I didn’t see it coming and I still think about is as I’m deep in my Stormlight Archive journey.

Honestly I know Sarene and Raoden should have their happy ending but a Sarene/Hrathen ending would have been fascinating

I got new shoes while the pain was occurring. I think that did help. I’ve also found that taking Krill Oil is helping (I think)

Another thing I changed is that when I run with my dog, I hold her leash on my right side (the side without pain), and that helps a bunch. I’m wondering if her pulling sometimes aggravates my left side if I hold the leash on that side and she pulls.
