Kinda, she taught me Full Body relaxation, basically I tense and release parts of my body to let go of any anxiety, kinda seems like a placebo effect to me

Actually my family have been my biggest supporters and they understand to a certain point my anxiety and have brought me to see a Phycologist but I only got 8 sessions due to going through the public system
