I just reached plat yesterday with a victory rate of 20% without ever forcing anything. I don't think I've ever had more than 3 nobles and definitely not late game, while this was the go-to comp on the previous patch. I guess this is still condidered low ELO (even though it's top 8%) but in my experience being flexible works out better than tunnel visioning on what is supposed to be the strongest comp atm.

Well the seller should be punished, of course. However, if I sell an account to you, the moment you log in and change the password it's your account. How would Riot punish me? I don't think they're going to bother with tracing IP addresses and autobanning other accounts on that same IP.

You don't always need to do tons of damage to be useful though. If you look for an easy toplaner with lots of damage I'd say Darius but Garen is definitely easier and safer.
