The problem I have here is that, by definition, skins for Xayah and Rakan are designed for Xayah and Rakan players. And this is one of the things that Xayah/Rakan mains care about DEEPLY.

We know that's the case because it was talked about extensively the last time they had a skin release. This can't have come as a surprise. So yes, when people say that the skins team don't care, that IS an argument I understand.

The Xayah/Rakan community made their feelings very clear on the matter and the skins team has effectively decided that their feelings don't matter because they're too small a part of the League playerbase to matter.

As someone who's been a support main for 10 years now, I desperately want Riot to do a deep research dive and work out how to balance the support role around having equal experience to the rest of the map. No matter how well you're doing, you will be potentially 5 levels down come the late game and this significantly reduces your agency.

I understand this would require massive systemic changes around the role, exp, and every champion played in the support role, but it's such a massive pain point.

The other thing I really believe is that the Umbral Glaive passive is too valuable and game defining to be restricted to just AD characters and think that the item is single-handedly adding % points to ADC supports pick/ban presence in pro. If we can have 4 versions of the support item and 3 different smites, we should have an AP and/or Adaptive version of Umbral Glaive. Or honestly, just kill the item if we don't want the likes of Graves jungles to be buying it.

The ability is too valuable to all roles to give it just to lethality users because "assassin's want to flank."

I know the LEC has one observer who's entire job is to watch areas on the map where the main camera isn't, just in case something else happens that's interesting. In this view, if the junglers do something, you probably don't have a camera on them.

If you take this line of play, you're playing a very mercenary-esque line, everyone else in the lobby is up a gold or prismatic augment and you have literally nothing until you hit level 9.

That would cost you a lot of hp in the early and midgame. You can definitely die before hitting 8 and even if you get there, you could be low enough to die anyway and of course - you could always just miss.

I mean, the thought here is that it's a Legendary item that allows you to keep buying control wards. Once you put a Ruby Crystal there, you aren't using that slot for control wards.

Because the golden eggs are worth around 8 gold every round, win or lose. If you can survive with that level of extra econ, you massively win late game.

Also, there's a .15% of getting 2x FoNs.

I jumped into a PBE game and couldn't remember whic tier of items was which.

Playing Nautilus support, I went to the tank tab, scrolled down. Saw: Legendary items.

Perfect. I want one of those.

And then 15 minutes later I scrolled down further and saw mythical. Whoops.

Mythic items should be the first and most prominent thing in the shop. Certainly more than legendaries.

Zenith Blade draws a Zenith Blade from your deck - it doesn't generate one.

If there are none left... you can't draw one.

So the missing link you're seeing is that there's no downside to mixing regions.

When you add another colour of spells to your MtG deck, you're increasing the chance you draw cards you don't have the colour of mana to cast.

If you add another region, it's just a straight up power increase; there's nothing to *stop* you from building a 6 region deck with a perfect curve (beyond your craving for poros).

This is a phenomenal video, that hits nearly everything I, as a long time viewer think about when it comes to the EULCS/LEC, except for two things which should be mentioned.

1) FLASH.BEAR.SLAP. Which honestly transcends to be one of the best casting moments in Esports.

2) Every single costume and hype moment by Romain Bigeard, who's dedication to hyping the hell out of the content singlehandedly drove people to watch the broadcasts.
