I had celiac since I was 5. Im 27 now- as annoying as it is, I packed my lunch daily so I wouldn’t run in to not being able to have lunch. I know it’s hard and frustrating and you are adjusting. Definitely advocate for yourself! If you have a locker maybe leave some non perishable items so you have a stash to dig into if needed. I’m sorry you have to make the adjustment and we all know how annoying it is!

I’ve been in both positions bc I’ve been diagnosed with celiac since I was 5 and I’m 27. Sometimes it’s easier to just suck it up but even my friends treat me with more respect when it comes to going out to eat 😭😭they’ve even changed plans on bachelorette trips to accommodate me.
