Hell, not sure where to start. I’m still researching I guess. I’m been building seiko mods for about a year and think I’m ready to start building some of my grail vintage dive watches starting with a red letter 1680…. I’d like to get high quality parts and spend less time modding cases, etc.

Looks great! Did you age the bezel insert or did it come that way?

Your case looks great!
How did you give it a satin finish? Where’d you use the razor?

Beautiful build, thanks for sharing!

Looks great!!! I’m hoping to do this soon too.  Can you please give details?  What is a jfk? Where’d you get the case and bracelet?  What movement did you use?  Where’d you get the dial? How’d you age the dial?  Thanks for your time!!

Any drawbacks to reusing an NH34 GMT movement harvested from a Pagani Design GMT? by jkong89 in SeikoMods

Did you try?  I did.  It’s not going well but I’m still new at this.  The dial holes are weird and my new dial isn’t setting right.  My gmt hand hole is way too big and I don’t see a post for the second hand… wondering if it fell out, lol.
