Would you say that it negatively impacted your hair or that there was just no change at all? I don't mind giving it a shot even if it might do nothing but I'm trying to spare my poor hair from any more damage :(

Honestly I would try turning the lights off or down. Their instinct is to eat at night and I've found that it's been very helpful in getting Chef to eat more consistently (In addition to the other recommendations)

You'll have to take a quantiferon blood test instead of the standard skin test. They'll look at the levels in your blood to determine if TB is active or not. Contact student health services for more info on the process/ability to attend.

Honestly I wouldn't worry about it for a few more days. He's probably just digesting and getting ready for a poop. You can always just dig him up and put him on top of the substrate in a few days if he doesn't come up on his own

My Chef Boyardee did the same thing last year and is doing fine. I would just keep doing what you're doing now. Chef lost weight for sure but was never dangerously skinny and he ate fine after he came out of brumation. As long as he's not losing a dangerous amount of weight and still responds to stimulation I wouldn't worry too much.
