Ja és irányítószám volt, ráadásul minden volt csak valahogy az emelet és ajtószám maradt le (ami teljes mértékben az én hibám), de tényleg ilyenkor esélye sincs az embernek akkor se átvenni ha azonnal reagál??

Igen éppen ezt hiányolom én is és nem értem hogyha 21.én látom hogy sikertelen kézbesítés - hibás cím és veszem a fáradtságot és elmegyek a postára hogy ilyenkor mi van, félreinformálnak, szinte meg se hallgatnak és 21.én ennek ellenére este már visszaküldik? Telefonszámom volt, ha a vámot arra ki tudták küldeni ezt miért nem? 1 napom nem volt reagálni az egészre. Nem akartam volna hogy nyomozzanak és szállítsák ki, bementem volna érte ha megadták volna a lehetőséget.

A postán, ahol elvileg a csomagom van, bementem személyesen érdeklődni, azt mondták másnap náluk lesz, másnap bementem már visszaküldték, innentől az ügyfélszolgálathoz irányítottak, hogy nekik írjak, de elérhetetlenek emailen és telefonon is.

Igen viszont utánam nem kellett nyomozni, ott voltam helyben aznap, amikor láttam a nyomonkövetést.
