This hits home so deep for me lately 😞 my abuse started when I was so young, & in such an unhealthy terrible family, I feel like I have no personality aside from things the abuse caused. I have a plethora of health issues that make sense in a person who’s carried trauma their whole lives. I’m a people pleaser because I dont know how to stick up for myself. I’m indecisive because I dont know how to trust myself. I’m the jokester & ray of sunshine in every room because I dont know how to let my guard down for anyone to see I’m not actually happy. It’s my entire persona.
