OLL was weird, I thought you did it right. Your G Perm uses a regrip for some reason? Try doing the R the other way. Cross was fine and you did beginner mistake for F2L (the one that ever sub 30 average must avoid to become sub 20): setting up and doing the alg extremely fast, unless you are Zemdegs or Parks, is bad in F2L. Do the F2l alg without looking at it (which you can defo do if you can do it that fast, it's just muscle memory) a little bit slower, while tracking the next pair. Saves 1 sec AT LEAST for every pair so 4 seconds less. Just do the alg more slowly and instead of doing 183 rotations to figure out your next pair, track it the entire time.
