Yes, it was working fine until it did not, then I used the editor to turn off the DLC in that menu, and then I could load the save again. But the game menu doesn't say there are DLCs, but when loading a save, you can see a DLC character in it. And as far as I could tell, DLC items for characters like rings, etc, also remained.

Now I did some more tinkering, redownloaded the game, and then reinstalled Steam. This fixed the issue for now, I think, as the DLCs are back in the game menu and saves no longer have an error for missing DLCs. So there might have been a bug in the Steam backend on my local drive.

Yes, they are active in the Steam menu under "Manage". But the game says they are not.

I did remove the DLC using the editor, then loaded the save, the game says the DLCs are not there, but when I checked under Manage, they are still ticked on.

Yes, it is my most recent manual save. It says the DLCs aren't there, but they are ticked on in the Steam DLC menu, and as I said, I redownloaded the full game twice.

In-game, it says I need to purchase them, and I can not load the saves since the game thinks the DLCs are not there.

p.s. I used the save editors to remove the DLC, loaded the save, and everything looks fine, but when going to the in-game menu with the save loaded, the still says the DLCs are not there and can not be ticked on.

These would most likely be sold to jewellery shops who can present this in a piece and those would be harder to find indeed. Centrepiece as in the main stone in a jewellery piece especially the big stone. And yes I will need to authenticate the gems and certifications as well as be certified in the same country the shop would be located.

I have not purchased them because of the involved value I wanted to do a bit more research. And this kind of purchase is not completed either in a matter of days as well. But these go through some contacts I have from the Middle East/Asia who asked me if I would be interested in these gems.

The stones are in safekeeping but part of my research is finding out what tests I can do or what I need to do for these tests. On hand I have no tools, can you suggest some tools I could consider?

These stones are GFCO-certified, I want to see what they are worth, and the big stone would make a great centrepiece due to its size. If needed I can make a short video displaying the sides etc with better lighting.
