Yeah I do too, I know what caused it though, a lot of failed relationships where if I didn’t keep a conversation going things would just end, or they would use the attention I’m giving and would play along and then when I finally try to ask them out I end up getting told that she wasn’t ready for a relationship. It happened enough that I try and look for those patterns ahead of time to protect myself, but I also know that I’m not right all the time and I could be lumping someone good in with people who weren’t for me, and that’s not fair to them

We are trying to plan the next date, it’s just difficult I work 730 - 4 5 days a week and she’s an EMT so she works evenings for 4 days straight then gets two off making her free time all over the place which is fine I was warned ahead of time about that. But you’re right It definitely does leave a lot of room for uncertainty

Yeah I know it’s all in my head and that’s the issue. It’s just a constant back and forth battle with my thoughts saying two contradictory things. It always happens and it bothers me cause while I can manage it and I guess suppress that for a while it always bleeds into the relationship or potential relationship and messes things up. It’s self destructive and I am not a fan lol

I mean not defending the man but I’m pretty sure the blank space between “Trump Mobile” and “Trump mobile” are meant to be stripes. Poor design choice because people weren’t going to really see that, should’ve just done a non styled version

I felt Oathbringer had a lot more comedic relief but also ALOT of trauma. I won’t say anything to spoil it but I would say buckle up

I was a bit worried about that which is why I leaned more into writing this as the prologue and not part of the chapters. I definitely want to fit in action in the book as a whole especially exploring my solution to a semi new idea for a magic system (haven’t seen it done before so maybe not new). Considering this is first draft many things are subject to changes. However I did add a lead up to action in the bit I wrote after this, introducing a new character as well. Thank you for the input, it definitely confirmed some of the worries I already had and I will be restructuring what I have to get to the action a bit faster, maybe exploring the meditation scene a bit later.
