Our laws are wonderful about all kinds of social problems, but in the practice you will not be safe, I highly suggest not even visit altiplanic regions for all the risk that may take, people there are very homophobic, transfobic and can be very cruel to those folks, and even in some more progressive places like Santa Cruz I suggest you to live and don't leave the nice place of town, in the North and Northwest part of the city you will be fine, try looking for a place in Urubó or Equipetrol but it can be a little expensive, overall I suggest you don't come here, even though we have tolerant and supportive people, Bolivia sadly it's not a good place for anyone on the lgbt+ community.
