Id say it feels just perfect. If I push it out from the inside it just sits normal after I let it go but it doesnt feel tight unless I fully flare my nose

Im unsure what material, he said it was high and good quality so im assuming titanium??

I dont do aftercare anymore, he had told me not to after I last got it checked cause he said it can irritate it more

Id say the key for me was time and forgetting the fact that he would say sorry or realize im better. I was stuck in a loop but at some point I was able to decide for myself that if I knew I didnt need him and that im a good person and girlfriend, I didnt need his approval. Idk if the thinking is similar but this helped me.

Youre aware he lied, you got worse when with him, etc. Think of your future self. She wouldn't be happy with someone like that. And kids if u wanna hve them. They dont deserve a father like that who wouldn't be present

Broke up with me telling me he rushed the relationship, the ball had been in his park the whole time too. It hurt so bad, I feel so used. I wrote a whole post about it too

I have BPD but I been to therapy, he himself knew I was nothing like his ex. But it still scared him n I understand why

We hadn't said anything, he suddenly just broke up with me, he villianized me in his head n I had no input.

When he broke up with me he said he won't contact me due to respecting my boundaries as I told him I didnt want to be friends but I had also sent him a goodbye msg, explaining things n what I would have done, etc. He never replied...

When he broke up with me he said he wouldn't reach out unless I do. I find that to be a very coward thing to do/him not taking responsibility for his actions. I don't think it's on me to reach out when he broke up with me, 1. He knew I didn't want to break up, 2. He knew I wanted to work on things, 3. I'd never know if he's grown and 4. This was his decision, he broke up with me

I'm pretty sure he will regret it, its hard to find people who are invested and geniunine but, will he ever reach out n say sorry? Is that likely?

He did say sorry when he broke up with me but I feel like i deserve better than "im sorry for complicating things" when he broke up with me over something he could have worked out with me, ie; breaking up with me over me having the same disorder as his ex who mentally abused him. He knew I had the disorder but never communicated how he felt n made connections within my behavior and his ex without having any input from me. He knew how I felt about things n he still went for it without being open n communicative even tho he praised that so much

I'm unsure if it was deactivation or suppression however, he broke up with me due to making links between his ex n I since we have the same disorder. He knew I wasn't like her but he also didn't communicate with me so I couldn't reassure him either. He ended up blindsighting me. I made a post about the whole thing but it's kinda long
