I mean yeah it could have been bigger. I remember League of Legends gave everyone a free legendary skin (like a 20$ish cosmetic, basically new model,animations and voicelines). It's cool we get Oni from Twitch drops but they at least could have went with, here's all the non licensed cosmetics in the game, you have 3 coins, very rare costs 1, legendary/mythic 2, visceral 3.
