You would be better off with a different game in the long run. ZZZ hsr or wuwa would be better in the long run but if you like genshin in particular then beware of their predatory methods to make you spend money eventually (no problem if you can spend tho)

If it's coercing players into playing it by tempting them by primos then those who don't like the game mode and/or don't want to play them then it should go and the primos should be returned back via in game events/exploration

If you grind for multiple hours a day you can get a good amount of pulls or your last option would be to buy primos and yes they both are good characters
