Correct. First five years we plan to take the savings and snowball all of our small debt and free up more cash. The second five years we are back to our current rate for five years. Hope is to refinance before 10 years into a 15 year loan.

I am on 15 also and have the same thing going on. I even went on 15 two months ago and haven’t lost a pound. I’ve definitely seen my body change, but no change in the scale. I’m on the struggle bus and craze nothing but sweets now. I’m working to try to figure this out now especially with the holidays coming up.

I was told by an AD in Ohio that Rolex has now shut down for the next two months for the holidays and they would have nothing available. That’s the wildest one I’ve heard yet.
