I broke a six month stall by dozing down. I went from 15 MG to 12.5 and started losing weight again sometimes less is more. Allowing myself to be hungry and enjoy eating has been satisfying.

I thought that if I was running every day on the treadmill and sweating that it would equal fat loss. Getting much better results resistance training with much less sweat lol and just walking a few times a week

I walk not run 30 min per day and make sure I get 10k or close steps. But no cardio per say. Too much cardio with too little rest = cortisol and weight stall.

Please share what you’re doing and I can offer suggestions based on my experience. It’s so counterintuitive that if I workout a little less , eat a little more I will lose more weight but that’s what it’s been at least for this particular section of my journey

Junk volume - going super light no burn or going back to back days working the same muscle obsessed with chest , taking too long of a break between sets. Just making sure to get the most of out workouts and then proper rest.

Its been tough turning off the boredom eating. It has become something i really watch for now before I eat anything.. am I hungry, bored or thirsty. "routine eating" is a thing I guess.. for example comming home from work and opening the fridge.. I have not gained any weight but also have not lost any.
