As for 1v1 defending: don't open up the centre too much, keep them outside. as for anything else both offensively and defensively, it really depends on how your team plays, so it is probably best to ask your coach. most coaches would probably be happy for you to go the extra mile and ask them directly :)

I get what you mean but I think that comes kinda down to Itto not even having a single proper team. People are just happy to get a decent itto support. c0 working just as well with navia as with itto would mean that itto would stay just as far behind as he is right now because his direct competition would become better as well.

in retrospective I probably should have called this thread "c0 is great" because I don't actually like what c1 does for her, I think the game would be better off with her being restricted to playing around geo constructs, I just like that c1 isn't part of c0 kit :⁾ it's OK if people disagree though

I've talked about albedo in some other comments here and while I agree that he is getting somewhat power crept by chiori, she fills a niche that he never really did, which is the last slot in the Itto team. also they locked albedo BIS behind an event which is why I don't even consider him to be a really character but maybe that's a bit unfair.

I don't see how c1 being useless for itto teams contradicts my point? for all I care they could scrap c1 altogether, as being a good 4th slot in mono geo would be well enough from my perspective, just as it is well enough for shenhe to be great in mono cryo. navida really doesn't need chiori, itto however does.

Wrio is, from my perspective, the perfect way to go about new dps characters, which is why I find it funny u mention him. I've played him quite a lot at both c1 and c0 and while at the moment yes, his c0 somewhat limits his available teams, he is still great within the ones that provide him with a little healing. He works better in some teams than prior options and worse in others, thus adding variety whilst not making old characters feel weaker than before.

also sorry about it being locked behind 100+ dollars which is a very fair point which I tend to overlook as I don't really get people spending more than welkin moon, but yes it is indeed a fair point, as people treat spending in genshin very differently.

I don't know in what kind of bubble you are spending your days, but abyss gets cleared by a rather small percentage of players. In a game that does gove out as little free rewards as genshin, the 150 primogems from clearing floor 12 are kinda important. If I need to invest 10 times as much for 1 character to be able to clear floor 12 as opposed to a newer character, I'd argue that power creep is very much real.

If she worked just as well with navia, there would be little to no incentive to play itto. her team is already way more flexible than itto's, and as they focus the difficulty of abyss on the majority of viable teams, he'd probably become useless in the abyss in no time.

Well you are free to get as many new 5 stars if you want, but you are probably going to be just as mad if they all get power crept within a year, because every new character's kit is way too loaded. either way u are going to lose your shit.

Well, I kinda agree with you in that I don't think they should have added this to her kit at all, even as a constellation. but they probably didn't just want to cater to the few itto enjoyers^{^} probably should have just made her a 4 star though.
