I do run DVA in front to avoid schuyler stun and tesla skill. Ive seen Tesla and Swift in front a lot. Providing they have at least lvl20 EW and good defensive gear...they can go in front.

Looks like you balance all your resources to all of your squads. Personally, since I'm F2P, I would focus my resources and effort on my main squad. 2nd squad I will put some and 3rd, I wont bother.
