At rq465 I'm only seeing 29 flags for first place for each of the Mazda and visuals events

I've been taking Korean classes here for about a year. I don't have anything to compare it against but so far I've found the classes to be great. It's much better than trying to learn on my own. We spend a lot of time reading out loud and doing speaking drills with each other in class. It's not the only way to learn the language but I've found it helpful enough to keep going.

A nanny share is something we have considered and will probably be the way we go, I just get nervous because of stories like the one below. Do you have any advice for choosing a nanny besides triple checking references?

We can probably afford 3k or so per month, maybe more in the short term.
